We welcome you to the Micro Nano & Chips Tech 2026, 13th International Conference on Micro-Nanoelectronics, Nanotechnology and MEMS.
The annual conference is organized by the Micro&Nano Scientific Society of Greece and aims to connect people from academia, research and industry, to stimulate discussions on latest scientific achievements and further promote micro- and nanotechnology.

All two-pages abstract submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. English is the official language of the conference. Prospective authors are invited to submit original research papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic, DOC and PDF format.
